Your sales receipt or proof of purchase will be provided during in-store purchase or automatically sent for online orders. Please keep it safely, as it is required for any replacement or refund request.
Returns or replacements are accepted only for products found to be torn, faulty, broken, or damaged during purchase verification or delivery. Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase.

We currently ship orders within Bangladesh. Delivery may take approximately 2–7 business days depending on location and courier processing times.
